i wanna share with you about recipe from turkish. Hmm i think you can guess what is the food, because i have written it in title of this article. Honestly, i never eat this food before, just read vizier magazine and suddenly have an idea to write on this blog.
Yanni is a classic Turkish dish that has a heritage from the Ottoman empire. It is definitely a dish that packs a lot of flavor into an everyday potato. Yaa that’s the describe about this food, hmm ok guys see the recipe 😀

1 large onoion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil, preferably Greek
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 tomato, peeled amd chopped
1 lb string bean
2 tablespoons fresh parsley or fresh mint, chopped
fresh ground black pepper
- saute onion and garlic in on olive oil iuntil soft.
- add tomato paste and fresh tomatao and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened
- add string beans and seasoning and enough water to barely cover.
- cover and cook until beans are tender. serve hot to guests.
